Medical Malpractice Trial Attachments – Five Counties

In an effort to centralize information regarding trial attachments in medical malpractice cases in Southeastern PA, a shared site has been created. Administrative offices for the Civil Divisions of Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lehigh, and Montgomery counties will provide current trial attachment information for medical malpractice cases that can be accessed in the link provided below. This information will be updated at least on a monthly basis.
