NOTICE: Effective July 10, 2014, Act 126 of 2014 increased the JCS/ATJ/CJEA fee by $10. Effective August 8, 2014, Act 113 of 2014 will increase the JCS/ATJ/CJEA fee by an additional $2, bringing the total to $35.50. This increase affects several filing fees in the Trial and Family Divisions of the Court of Common Pleas as well as the Municipal Court.
