Drug and Specimen Collection Services RFP & Drug Screening Testing Services RFP Vendor's Questions and Answers ("Q&A").
On October 10, 2018, the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania ("FJD") released the two above solicitations for which all qualified organizations were hereby invited to submit a respective bid response in accordance with the terms and conditions of each RFP.
Please be aware that although each RFP is independent, the resulting services are complimentary components to each other within the project and accordingly, all questions raised against either RFP have been compiled into one official Question and Answer ("Q&A") document as hereby attached.
As a result of the delayed release of the official Q&A, please be advised that the deadline for these two (2) bid responses has been extended to THURSDAY, DECEMBER 13, 2018, BY 3:00 P.M. Late proposals will not be considered regardless of the reason.
All other terms and conditions of the above RFPs shall remain in full force and effect.

Due to an anticipated delay in release of the Official Question and Answer Statement for this solicitation, the First Judicial District’s Workstation and Other Office Furniture bid deadline is being extended and the new deadline will be announced upon release of the Q&A. Due to the expected inclement weather conditions all courts will be closing today at 2pm. All critical court services are expected to remain operational. CLOSING ANNOUNCEMENT - Due to dangerous weather conditions, Municipal Court's diversion program class has been cancelled for Saturday, January 6, 2018 in the Stout Center for Criminal Justice, 1301 Filbert Street. Participants should appear in Court on their scheduled status date to enroll for the next available class.
