Please Note the Following Updates to FJD Operations:
Unless counsel are notified specifically to the contrary, all in person criminal, civil, orphans' court, municipal court and traffic court trials, hearings, and conferences scheduled through July 6, 2020 are administratively cancelled and shall be rescheduled. However, services and court proceedings shall be expanded as set forth in President Judge Order No. 33
ALL Jury Trials are cancelled through September 8, 2020. Jurors summoned before September 8, 2020 DO NOT need to report for jury duty.
While Family Court services and court proceedings shall be expanded as set forth in President Judge Order No. 34, the Philadelphia Family Court BUILDING shall REMAIN GENERALLY CLOSED to the public.

During the week of March 23, 2020 through March 27, 2020, and as a result of the COVID-19 crisis, the Traffic Division of the Municipal Court will be open to the public for essential services only on Monday and Wednesday, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., or until further order from the court. Services will be limited to processing payments, impoundment hearings and financial determination hearings. All trials, including appeal matters, will be rescheduled for a future date, of which you will be notified.
